Overview: The apartment is located in Lezzeno and just 6 km from Bellagio, the most famous tourist village on Como Lake. It is well known in the world for its beautiful location, situated between the green of the mountains and the blue of the lake and surrounded by spacious blossoming gardens. As the owener of the apartment is the same of the Hotel Aurora in Lezzeno, there is free use of the solarium, sunbeds, canoes and kajaks by the hotel.Just at few steps from the house there are several small food shops in the village, which can cater for all the bare essentials including a pharmacy. There is a bus from Lezzeno to Bellagio and Como.
The apartment is for 6 person and has recently been tastefully restored and incorporates the following accommodation:
Ground floor:
Spacious independent entry, one duble room with tv and laundry room with washingmachine, washbasin, shower, wc and a large space for bicycles.
First floor:
Kitchen with table and chairs, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, fireplace, electric ovenm microwawe and small balcony.
The Sitting room has a sofa and armchair, sat tv, hoven fireplace and wondeful lakeview.
Second floor:
There are two bedrooms: one has a large doublebed with tv and the other one twin room that can become double bedroomwith has a safe deposit box, bathroom with bathtub and shower, washbasin and wc.

Rooms: Apartment Il Molo - During the winter season an extra for the heating is required.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.
