The residence was built in 2006 and features cosy and modern en suite apartments with a size of 40/52 m². The apartments on the ground floor have a small garden and those on the first floor have a small balcony or a private seat in the garden. All guests can use the beautiful garden with pool (10 x 5 x 1.5 metres, open from 1st April until 7th October), the sun lounges and the small bar. The hotel has a children’s play ground as well as an underground car park.
Rooms: The apartments are equipped with: open plan kitchen (oven), 1 living/diningroom (double sofa bed, satellite TV), 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bathroom with shower, WC, bidet. Most of the apartments have two or three rooms and a size of about 40 m². They have a combined living and bedroom as well as a dining room with kitchen and a bathroom. The apartments are modern and functional and equipped with all common facilities. Bedding and towels are provided as well as a baby’s high chair (free of charge, subject to availability – please request beforehand). 4 Persons Apartment - Family Room (6 persons) - Twin Room (shared bathroom) - Room with twin beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom is accessible from the corridor and equipped with WC, shower, bidet, and wash basin (shared with the room next door). Check-in: 15:00 Check-out: 10:00 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This Lake Como hotel has no meal services. Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site. Transportation: By Car: Coming via Lugano (via Gotthard or San Bernardino Tunnel): - Exit the motorway at Lugano-Nord. - Continue on the highway towards Lugano. - Leave Lugano on the N23 leading to Gandria and the border crossing. - From the border crossing continue on the partially narrow SS340, through Porlezza until Menaggio. - At the roundabout continue in the direction of Sondrio/St. Moritz along the western coast road of Lake Comer, up to Domaso. - Driving along the coast promenade you will pass the old part of the city on the left-hand side and, after a bridge, reach the newer part of the city of Domaso featuring various shops, restaurants, pizzerias and camping places. - The hotel is located on the left, opposite the gas station.
