Gravedona is an important village on Alto Lario both from and historical and architectural point of view. The Palace of Gallio and the baptismal Church of S. Maria del Tiglio are important churches in the area. Inside you will see traces of mosaic on the floor, a big, wooden Roman crucifix and frescoes from the 13th-16th centuries. Also worth visiting are the Churches of S. Maria delle Grazie and of SS.Gusmeo and Matteo.
